At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the home setting to build communication social and independence skills for children with autism.
We are seeking an RBT to provide in-home ABA services for a client in the Durham NC area.
Position Highlights
- Setting: In-home ABA therapy
- Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM5:00 PM
- Status: Full-time (30 hours/week)
- Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Compensation: $21.50$26.00/hr (based on experience & certification)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the clients home
- Follow treatment and behavior plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools
- Communicate progress and observations with caregivers and supervisors
- Maintain a structured supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of in-home ABA experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Reliable transportation for home-based visits
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional punctual and dependable work habits
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $21.50$26.00/hr (experience & certification dependent)
