As Office Manager you will play a central role in shaping the office experience supporting operational excellence and ensuring the Warsaw site reflects the firms values and identity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating administrative tasks managing office supplies and supporting vendor relationships.
- Organizing meetings travel logistics and events for visiting executives and staff.
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Partnering with global marketing and communications to implement branding initiatives.
- Driving internal engagement through events and activities that promote team cohesion.
- Supporting onboarding and integration of new hires into the Warsaw office.
- Maintaining a professional and organized workspace liaising with building management as needed.
- Collaborating with site leadership to execute legal entity controls and ensure compliance with EMEA and US regulatory requirements in outsourcing activities.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in office management executive support or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive and independent approach.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Experience in branding marketing or internal communications is a plus.
