Job Summary
Role responsiblities-
- Taking charge of drafting reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with legal counsel and external parties as necessary to facilitate seamless contract processes.
- Implement necessary adjustments in organization to guarantee compliance via remaining abreast of all amendments and updates to the Companies Act
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory concerns promptly and effectively fostering strong communication channels to ensure regulatory compliance company-wide.
- Provide expert legal and strategic advice on new business projects meticulously identifying potential legal and regulatory risks.
- Undertake additional projects and assignments as required collaborating seamlessly with different departments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals
Our Checklist-.
- Bachelors degree in Law 3-5 years experience
- Thorough understanding of corporate law contract management and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks effectively.
