The impact youll make:

The purpose of the Copywriter Digital & Performance is to bring the Saje brand to life through compelling contextually relevant on-brand and on-tone copy within digital channels like CRM Performance and the brands ecommerce experience.

Key in contributing to Sajes continued growth this role balances both the left and right brain in translating digital best practices for engagement shopability and conversion to our unique brand of wellness. As a vanguard within the wellness space our brand isnt scared of pushing beyond the status quo and we expect our creative team to follow suit. As such with bravery conviction and an entrepreneurial spirit the writer within the digital and performance space understands the rules but also how to break them with a strategic mindset for product business and outcomes.

As a master of Sajes brand voice and integral member of the digital and creative team you will work in concert with our cross-functional peers and may also provide direction to other writers and colleagues as needed.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Sajes culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What youll do:

• Write clear evocative and connecting product copy in Sajes tone of voice.
• Edit and proofread to ensure copy is on-brand accurate and following regulatory standards licenses and trademarks.
• Help create and maintain naming conventions guidelines and product content library to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships within the digital team and your creative counterparts.
• Contribute to and present captivating decks for creative reviews
• Bring knowledge of industry trends when it comes to ecommerce digital design innovative crm tools and mechanics as well as emerging technologies to the work proactively and consistently.
• Contribute to product education and regulatory compliance by working closely with R&D to help inform marketing campaigns and collaborations.
• Collect data and share insights that can positively impact creative work.
• Extreme attention to detail is required in both generating analyzing and proofing copy to meet regulatory standards and launch compliant products.
• Fluent in Figma and can work quickly efficiently and effectively on multiple projects simultaneously applying learnings and optimizations.
• Contribute to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong technical writing skills inclusive of ecommerce and crm channels.
• Proven capability in copywriting experience within digital channels either in-agency or brand-side.
• 3- 4 years experience within a similar role. Experience within retail beauty and wellness a plus.
• Fluency and strong command in the English language both verbally and written
• Love of the written word grammar & punctuation creative problem-solving and communication strategies
• Experience working in brand platforms and demonstrate an understanding crafting copy in service to the brands tone of voice.
• Fluent in all things digital (ecomm product copy) and performance (crm 1:1 display)
• Attention to detail a love of style guides and organizational skills for maintaining internal copy systems.
• An understanding of omni-channel customer journeys and the copy-design relationship
• Resourcefulness initiative and individuality.
• Solution-oriented positive and curious - you dont hesitate to roll-up your sleeves to get it done.
• Experience managing multiple projects at a time with the ability to present work in a clear and creative manner.

The compensation range on average for this position is from $80000 - 87000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and mayvary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and internal equity.
