The role
The Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Partnerships and Philanthropy team. As the central point of coordination and support this position provides high-quality administrative and operational assistance across all functions within the team to help drive fundraising outcomes for the Foundation.
The Partnerships and Philanthropy team deliver an abundant calendar of industry leading events activations and bespoke campaigns from private donor functions to sporting events and our signature gala. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy and the wider Partnerships & Philanthropy team members the Administration Officer will be the go-to person for day-to-day administrative needs supporting systems data processes and communications that enable the team to work effectively.

- Highly organised and reliable with a knack for keeping things running smoothly
- Known for strong attention to detail and pride in getting the little things right
- A clear and friendly communicator who enjoys building positive connections
- Proactive and willing to lend a hand wherever its needed
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Confident using Microsoft Office databases and finance tools such as Xero
- A genuine team player who values kindness collaboration and purpose-driven work
Key criteria
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
- 2 years of experience working within an administration-based role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Skilled in diary management meeting coordination and minute taking
- Experience processing invoices receipts and expenses using Xero or similar systems
- Experience in philanthropy partnerships or events will be highly regarded
- Experience in project management software such as Asana will be highly regarded
