Job Summary

Are you ready to figure out where your skills truly fit within a global setup And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests Then look no further.

As a Global Software Engineering graduate you will go through three 8-months rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.

Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st 2026 you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.

With multiple subsidiaries across the globe we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GNs business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout you will be assisted by managers program sponsors and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.

The team you will be part of:

Become a member of our innovative team focused on developing advanced software solutions for mobile cloud and desktop platforms in the hearing and enterprise sectors. Contribute to projects that significantly enhance user experiences and address real-world business needs through technology.

Within our R&D organization you will find colleagues of diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Our product portfolio spans the entire GN Group and ranges from hearing aids and headsets to video and gaming equipment.

Moreover you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within R&D while others are exploring areas such as Finance Marketing People & Communications Operations or Digital Data & IT.

As part of the graduate program you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop software across multiple platforms including mobile cloud and desktop.

  • Gain direct experience in agile and SAFe methodologies enhancing your ability to innovate and manage change effectively.

  • Engage in a diverse array of tasks from detailed SDK and Bluetooth development to broader user experience challenges.

  • Collaborate within a team responsible for product delivery and quality assurance ensuring high-quality service to our users.

  • Participate in projects that create impactful solutions and advance technology within our industry.

To thrive in the role we imagine that you:

  • Hold a masters degree in software development or a related engineering discipline - or expect to graduate before September 2026 with good academic performance

  • Have maximum one years full-time work experience post- graduation

  • Have international experience through internship study abroad or volunteering

  • Show the capability to collaborate effectively in a team as well as manage self-directed projects.

  • Possess a genuine interest in software development and a commitment to creating solutions that improve user experiences

  • Have effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
