Overview
The Media Service Technology Coordinator oversees audiovisual and multi-media services and resources for the Institute and supports successful execution of conferences trainings and other events occurring at assigned conference room locations studio and on-location filming. The incumbent is responsible for delivering consistently exceptional customer service and high-quality multi-media services to Institute faculty and staff as well as external partners who may be utilizing Institute event spaces. This position requires occasional evening or weekend work to support.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Multi-Media Technology Communications Computer Science Visual Arts or related field required.
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
Minimum three years of professional experience in video and multi-media production environment gathering requirements from end users and delivering excellent customer service required.

The wage range references the pay grade minimum and maximum full-time annualized salary or hourly pay rate for the position. The actual pay may depend on relevant experience education hours worked and/or internal equity. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Specific wage information will be discussed during the interview process.
