Job Summary

Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Cleaning & Waste Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning and waste teams ensuring service excellence compliance and safety in line with contractual and operational standards.

What youll do:

Supervise and support cleaning and waste operations to meet service specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate daily work allocation rostering and resource management to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor quality investigate complaints and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage cleaning inventory equipment maintenance and consumable supplies within budget.
Provide mentoring guidance and performance support to cleaning staff and ensure compliance with infection control procedures.

What youll bring:

Proven experience supervising large teams ideally in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of cleaning practices infection control and waste management protocols.
Proficient computer skills including MS Word Excel and rostering or timekeeping systems.
Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills.
Commitment to workplace safety quality standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
