区域RTM战略制定根据全国RTM战略结合区域具体特点制定区域RTM策略以符合业务需求 区域销售生产力分析评估区域销售团队效率经销商表现和O2O覆盖率以识别差距提高拜访效果并优化跨渠道的资源分配 数字化与B2B创新根据公司的安排试点数字工具和B2B模式以提高门店拜访效率完美门店率 T3及以下城市扩展根据公司的RTM策略根据区域未开发的低线市场制定相关区域战略推动公司的增长加速计划在区域的完成 指导公司年度重点项目与区域签约经销商的实施 指导开发和管理区域内的经销商提升经销商关键绩效指标的管理能力如进货出货和库存帮助经销商合法合规地拓展业务提高其运营水平 直线经理安排的其他相关工作
