We are seeking a dedicated Armed Lead Multi-Site Security Officer. As a Lead M.S.S.O youll have a chance to work at different locations in the Houston area and enjoy new challenges every daily tasks as a Multi-Site Officer involve patrolling the properties you will be sent to providing friendly customer service and being quickly responding to any security issues. As an Armed Lead M.S.S.O. you may be tasked to oversee shift operations ensure compliance with site protocols and lead a team of security officers in a structured high-compliance Security Shift Leadis responsible for training supervising and supporting assigned security officers during their assigned shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership communication and decision making skills as well as a firm understanding of access control and visitor management in a critical infrastructure setting.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor grounds to preventtrespassingor vandalism.
- Contact emergency personnel whenneeded.
- Foot patrols and golf cart patrolsto maintain a security presence.
- Responding to dispatch when needed during availability hours.
- Be available for shifts assigned to you based on the days and times you agreed.
- Respond to incidents onsite and submit the appropriate reports.
