Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
- Define and drivethe execution of the overall strategy for the StrategicAccount team shaping GEHCs nonclinical customer growth and partnership roadmap.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to create competitive advantages for GEHC strategic nonclinical customers across the business.
- Utilize the One GEHC platform to build a nationwide hub for professional education and communication delivering solutions informed by industry trends and policy shifts toempower hospitals to achieve highquality development and growing together with them.
- Lead team to design and oversee the strategic account ecosystem guiding business units in execution.
- Collaborate with productdepartments and Central Clinical Marketing to develop integrated diagnostictherapeutic solutions that meet strategicaccount needs and ensure their rollout.
- Establish a Chinaglobal collaboration platform for nonclinical customers introducing advanced international hospital management practices to raise Chinese hospital standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Over 15years of experience in sales KA management strategy development. Medical industry is a must.
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking abilities combined with deep customer insight to anticipate market needs and drive business growth.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of relevant industry policies and emerging development trends enabling proactive adaptation to regulatory changes.
- Skilled at building and maintaining highlevel relationships with senior clients and industry experts fostering longterm partnerships and trust.
- Clear thinking strong communication skills and influence.
- Project management and cross department coordination abilities.
- Keen learning ability and innovative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
