Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture drive employee engagement and support our business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts including recruitment selection and onboarding processes
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growth
  • Oversee employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
  • Implement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes
  • Drive diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Manage the HR budget and resources effectively

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 8 years of progressive experience in HR management preferably in a similar industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and performance management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
  • Commitment to promoting diversity equity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive organizational change
  • Certified HR professional status (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plus
