What youll do...
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue across all segments including corporate leisure group and events.
Lead by example mentoring and motivating the Sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities leveraging market insights local connections and creative thinking.
Collaborate with Marketing Revenue Management and Operations teams to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and client feedback to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
Prepare sales forecasts reports and presentations for senior leadership with accuracy and clarity.
Represent Roswyn at industry events networking opportunities and client meetings with charisma and professionalism.
Support brand initiatives ensuring all sales efforts align with the Morgans Originals ethos of creativity boldness and originality.
Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales leadership roles within luxury or lifestyle hotels.
Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset and a flair for creative solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship-builder.
Strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth with short-term revenue goals.
Confident decisive and composed in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.
Proficient in hotel sales systems and CRM platforms; good computer literacy.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible to work irregular hours including evenings weekends and events.
