- Prepare and maintain secretarial documentation (agenda and minutes) for BoardMeetings Committee Meetings and Shareholders Meetings.
- Manage routine corporate actions such as increase in share capital privateplacements right issues and all periodic / annual filings under Companies Act 2013RBI and other regulatory bodies.
- Managing business licensing and regulatory registrations.
- Maintenance of statutory registers and minute books in compliance with applicablelaws and regulations.
- Assist in compliance and governance of overseas group entities (holding companyand sister concerns of the Company).
- Provide in-house support for overseas entities to the local consultants/counsels.
- Draft and review company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external stakeholders like auditors and regulators.
- Ensure compliance of the organization with all applicable laws
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
CS with 3-4 years of work experience in secretarial and legal function
Experience in banking / NBFC sector is preferred
Understanding of corporate law and governance
Experience in a secretarial or governance role is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
