Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:Support the management of daily operations and work closely with a team of operations in the implementation of operational policies and in data analysis and reporting activities offering insights for with team members and other departments to meet operational and control departmental decisions to address operational challenges with guidance from to departmental goal setting and to changing responsibilities and tasks as needed.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 6 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar roleProven experience in Sales and Sales EnablementProficiencies in strategic planning team leadership and business operationsA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as Sales Management Associate (SMA) is a plus.
