Key Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and manage Branch Managers within your region.
Ensure services meet regulatory and contractual standards.
Promote business growth and develop new opportunities.
Represent CCH Group with external stakeholders including Local Authorities CCGs and providers.
Support regional budgeting business planning and tender submissions.
Qualifications :
Registered Manager or Health and Social Care Level 5 qualification.
Previous experience in the independent social care sector at a senior level.
Strategic business development and stakeholder management experience.
