About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Scheduler to join our friendly office team in Belfast. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our domiciliary care service by coordinating care staff schedules and maintaining excellent communication with both clients and carers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain rotas for care staff ensuring all client visits are covered efficiently.
- Communicate any changes or updates promptly to staff and clients.
- Liaise with care coordinators and management to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Support recruitment and induction of new care staff as required.
- Participate in the on-call rota providing out-of-hours support to carers and clients (shared on a rolling basis).
- Covering care visits when required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and RQIA/NISCC standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in scheduling rostering or coordinating within the care sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills including use of scheduling or care management software.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota.
- Excellent communication skills
