We have created a new role of Master Production Scheduler for our Aftermarket site in Minworth:
If you are comfortable learning new systems and processes and want to use your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure production is scheduled correctly to achieve on time shipments (right time right part right quantity) then this is the role for you:
Key responsibilities
Planning: Create production plans manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) runs and convert planned orders into production orders.
Scheduling: Develop detailed weekly/daily schedules monitor capacity and adjust for bottlenecks or delays.
Data Management: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) Work Centers Routings and Production Versions within SAP.
Execution Monitoring: Release track and close production orders ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
Coordination: Liaise with production manager procurement and sales to address material shortages or capacity issues.
