ServiceNow Product Owner

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

AT&T is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in driving the vision strategy and delivery of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders business analysts developers and cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow products and modules align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.

What youll do:

• Product Vision & Strategy:
  Define and communicate the product vision roadmap and growth opportunities for ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM HRSD etc.).

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Gather requirements from business units IT teams and end users to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog.

• Backlog Management:
  Write clear actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items based on business value and stakeholder input.

• Sprint Planning & Execution:
  Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning refinement reviews and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Analyze metrics feedback and system performance to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.

• Quality Assurance:
  Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and maintain high quality standards.

• Change Management:
  Support organizational change initiatives by providing documentation training and communication regarding ServiceNow changes.

• Market & Platform Awareness:
  Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases new features and industry best practices.

What youll need:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferably with ServiceNow

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration configuration and module deployment

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

What youll bring:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications

• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM)

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks

• Experience in large enterprise environments
