Job Summary

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
- Experience defining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customerneeds along with building customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions
- Ability to make quick decisions on where work goes based on priority skills and other criteria
- Ability to communicate across many levels (Director Manager ICs) personality-types regions
- Managing capacity of a team ensuring there is coverage to handle workload
- Making sure customer are getting support when asking for it
- Ensuring teams are following process and procedures
- Ensures work is continuously moving
- Ability to test applications and perform overall end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems
- Working knowledge of Assignment Workbench in ServiceNow platform
- Understanding of shift control mechanisms and global queue management
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of softwareproductmanagement experience
