As Team Manager youll play a key role in leading a high-performing team within our Operations Processing & Servicing (OPS) function guiding supporting and inspiring them to deliver great outcomes for our customers and partners every day.
Youll balance people leadership with operational performance creating an environment where your team feels empowered accountable and motivated to continuously improve. With a strong focus on efficiency quality and a continuous improvement mindset youll look for better ways of working that enhance both the customer experience and team capability. From managing workflow and performance targets to fostering collaboration and maintaining compliance youll be central to ensuring we deliver on our promise of operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
We have three fantastic career opportunities available in our Operations team. Two are Permanent in either Lending Assessment (Credit Assurance) or Specialist Account Opening plus one 12-Month Secondment within the Retail Operations Centre perfect if youre looking to fast-track your career development gain new experiences and make a real impact.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance (3 days a week). Ideally in Bendigo Adelaide or Melbourne but open to all head office locations.
