What you will be doing:
Recruiting & Sourcing:
- Full-cycle recruitment from kick-off to offer negotiations for a wide variety of roles with a primary focus on high-volume technical positions.
- Using SeekOut technology you will build and execute on complex Boolean strings to identify top-tier talent across various job boards platforms and social media.
- Experience 6-10 Years
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Own client relationships and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition for both small startups and established tech firms.
- Deliver regular updates to clients and facilitate productive conversations with clients and candidates particularly around offer negotiations and expectations.
Strategy & Leadership:
- Work with cross-functional teams to help shape the service that is Spot and improve recruitment processes via agentic AI.
Culture Fit & Innovation:
- Embrace a startup mindsetscrappy adaptable and always striving for better ways to innovate.
- Contribute to the evolution of talent acquisition exploring new tools technologies and methods to improve the future of work and the recruiting function.
What you should have:
Executive Presence & Leadership:
- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on leadership and executive-level recruiting.
- Comfort in negotiating offers and guiding clients through difficult conversations while maintaining a strategic approach.
Technical Aptitude:
- Proficiency in working with complex tech stacks (integrations tools like LastPass) and technical recruiting processes.
- Deep understanding of building complex Boolean strings and using AI platforms like ChatGPT to streamline tasks such as resume building and candidate outreach.
Domain Expertise & Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the tech industry especially in building strong teams for tech startups SaaS companies and other innovative tech firms.
- A high level of autonomy and comfort in building processes from scratch.
- Experience building and scaling recruitment efforts in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
