Job Summary

FloSports is a world-class sports media company strategically positioned to be the essential destination for passionate sports fans delighting them with live event coverage breaking news highlights stats rankings and team and player profiles. We are growing Our Sports every day by continuing to invest in our ever-expanding ecosystem which consists of over a dozen sport verticals and hundreds of streaming partners. FloSports is creating the home for sports like hockey track & field racing grappling wrestling cheer and more and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!

THE ROLE:

FloSports a leader and innovator in digital sports media is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. This person will provide full cycle high volume recruiting services for the business while ensuring a phenomenal candidate and interview team experience. This position is based in Austin Texas and will require in-office 4 days a week.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing People this role youll partner closely with our engineering product and data teams to identify engage and hire the exceptional talent that powers FloSports innovation. This position offers the opportunity to own high-impact recruiting initiatives enhance our hiring processes and help shape the future of our technical teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and specialized roles across Engineering Product and Data from intake to offer acceptance.
Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to define talent needs create targeted sourcing strategies and deliver high-quality hires in a timely manner.
Build and nurture strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing networking and relationship-building with passive candidates.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience ensuring consistent transparent and engaging interactions throughout the hiring journey.
Implement creative closing strategies that align candidate motivations with FloSports mission and long-term goals.
Maintain and optimize ATS/CRM workflows to ensure data integrity and a seamless recruiting experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across interviewing onboarding and hiring best practices.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on technical in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Proven ability to partner strategically with hiring managers and executives influencing decisions with data and market insights.
Demonstrated success in building diverse pipelines and sourcing hard-to-find technical talent through creative outreach and community engagement.
Excellent communication storytelling and negotiation skills you know how to sell both the role and the mission.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
Deep understanding of recruiting metrics technical assessments and hiring best practices.
Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM platforms (e.g. Ashby Greenhouse Lever or similar) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
A passion for sports technology and helping great people find meaningful work.
