Job Summary

As a Recruiter a typical day might include the following:

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract recruit screen and interview candidates.

Oversee requisitions for entry-level positions with oversight.

Manage confidential files and other privileged information.

Under general supervision follow established work routines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
