About the Role:
Were looking for a Solutions Consultant fluent in Finnish and English to join our clients customer care team in Sofia Bulgaria. Youll handle non-technical troubleshooting and deliver exceptional support for well-known Google products such as Play Store gPay Google for Families Books and Movies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist users with inquiries and troubleshooting for Google digital services.
Provide professional and empathetic customer care in Finnish.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve support processes.

Requirements:

Fluent Finnish and English (B2 or higher).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
