Were seeking a dynamic professional to deliver direct services drive program excellence and champion quality assurance across internal and external providers. This role blends compassionate care with strategic oversightperfect for someone who thrives in both people-centered and data-driven environments. This is a Monday through Friday first shift hybrid position

What Youll Do:

  • ð Provide best practices and guidance to elevate program outcomes

  • ð Prepare professional documentation evaluations and reports

  • ð Build strong relationships with families providers and community partners

  • ð¼ Support budgeting funding applications and sustainability efforts

  • ð Lead quality assurance initiatives develop policies and analyze performance data

  • ð Interpret regulations and ensure compliance with DHS 36 standards

  • ðï Train and consult with service providers to ensure clean claims and high-quality documentation

What You Bring:

  • ð Bachelors degree in social work psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • ð 3 years of professional experience in human services or quality assurance

  • ð Strong organizational communication and analytical skills

  • ð Deep understanding of social dynamics health systems and community resources

  • ð Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50%
