This is a Monday through Friday first shift hybrid position
What Youll Do:
ð Provide best practices and guidance to elevate program outcomes
ð Prepare professional documentation evaluations and reports
ð Build strong relationships with families providers and community partners
ð¼ Support budgeting funding applications and sustainability efforts
ð Lead quality assurance initiatives develop policies and analyze performance data
ð Interpret regulations and ensure compliance with DHS 36 standards
ðï Train and consult with service providers to ensure clean claims and high-quality documentation
What You Bring:
ð Bachelors degree in social work psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
ð 3 years of professional experience in human services or quality assurance
ð Strong organizational communication and analytical skills
ð Deep understanding of social dynamics health systems and community resources
ð Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50%
