The Revenue Coordinator supports the Revenue Manager in maximizing rental revenue and profitability across a multi-property portfolio. This role focuses on assisting with inventory management pricing strategies and rate audits to ensure accurate and competitive positioning across all distribution channels.
This is a detail-oriented analytical support role ideal for someone looking to grow within revenue management pricing or hospitality analytics while working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do (Other duties as assigned)
- Assist the Revenue Manager with pricing strategies and inventory restrictions.
- Track daily inventory movement to help maximize rental availability and profitability.
- Conduct daily rate shops of the defined competitive set and audit rate parity across distribution channels.
- Review online booking channels from the consumer perspective to ensure rates are displaying accurately.
- Load and update rates in CSD and Resort Solutions systems.
- Perform audits in CSD and Resort Solutions to confirm correct rate display.
- Generate reports as directed by the Revenue Manager to support inventory and pricing decisions.

What Youll Bring:
Experience and Education
- One to two years of related experience.
- High school diploma or GED; and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with solid interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm energy and self-confidence.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
