Job Summary
As a Legal Operation Analyst you will be responsible for moderating written content focusing primarily on identifying potential fraud or copyright infringement. You will review legal requests related to privacy claims defamation fraud and falsification ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities
Moderate written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.
Review and process legal requests promptly and accurately.
Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR) Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards.
Mandatory Skills
No previous experience required; maximum up to 12 months experience within content moderation preferred.
Good understanding of KPIs and metrics (FCR SLA CSAT).
German fluent B2 English

Annual Base Salary: 15260
Meal Allowance: 7.63/work day (paid in meal card net amount)
Transportation Bonus: 720/year
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
Language Premium Bonus: 3240/year
Total Annual Compensation: 18 500 euros gross
