Your Profile

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
Experience in customer service or contact center roles is a plus
Strong communication and empathy skills
Comfortable working in a rotative 24/7 environment including occasional night shifts

Base Salary: 1100 14 months
Performance Bonus: up to 400 11 months
