- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products services and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service and solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Identify areas to enhance the customer experience and escalate complex issues when needed.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
