Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to products services and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service and solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Identify areas to enhance the customer experience and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team-oriented with a positive mindset and a passion for customer service.
