We are currently seeking a Commercial Dealer Operations Manager to join our Sales team. This strategic role is responsible for fostering strong partnerships with the commercial team and a designated network of dealers. The ideal candidate will drive performance by setting clear objectives crafting actionable business plans and ensuring alignment with key commercial performance indicators (KPIs).

A Typical Day at Nissan:

  • Maintain a strong commercial relationship with the dealer network to maximize sales opportunities and support each dealer in achieving their individual objectives.

  • Clearly define KPI targets and ensure dealers and their management teams fully understand them.

  • Ensure dealers operate in accordance with the standards set by Nissan Mexicana.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with each territorys potential through demand planning to ensure the right product is at the right dealer at the right time via the ordering system.

  • Act as a comprehensive business consultant using brand-established tools to identify market opportunities and conduct competitive analysis to ensure performance/results by segment and model.

  • Ensure compliance with the brands established sales standards and processes.

  • Design strategies to ensure customer satisfaction indicators are met at each dealership.

  • Develop and implement the brands pre-owned vehicle strategy across all dealerships.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree: Marketing Administration Industrial Engineering Economics or a related field.

  • At least have 3 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience in some of the following areas: Front Sales Operations Dealer Agreements Market Analytics Customer Satisfaction/Experience or Aftersales in automotive or similar sector.

  • Foundational understanding of financial principles and performance metrics.

  • Upper Intermediate English language proficiency (500 TOEIC).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and impactful presentations.

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% annually).
