About the Role:
Were looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international travel support team. Youll be assisting travelers with bookings re-bookings and cancellations while ensuring every customer receives friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer support via phone and email.
Provide accurate details on new bookings re-bookings and cancellations for air and rail travel hotels and related services.
Find creative and effective solutions to ensure customers journeys run smoothly.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Requirements:

Fluent Dansk (C1C2/native) and English (B2 or higher) written and spoken.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Reliable home internet connection (for remote setup).
