Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and want to make a real impact in environmental conservation and workforce agility We are seeking a skilled Workforce Data and Establishment Advisor to support our dynamic operations across NSWs stunning national parks and reserves.
As a key member of the Business Advisory team youll provide expert advice and analytical support on workforce data and establishment. Youll help ensure our workforce structure aligns with budgetary frameworks and operational needs supporting everything from recruitment requests to workforce systems integrity.
This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence workforce planning financial management and executive decision-making.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in workforce data analysis and establishment management with strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial and workforce data. They will be an adept communicator and collaborator able to work effectively across diverse teams. Familiarity with systems such as MyWorkZone and Position Cost Distribution (PCD) is essential along with a demonstrated commitment to integrity continuous improvement and operational excellence.
