Job Summary

Finance Manager

Summary:

The Finance Manger is responsible for managing budgeting forecasting and delivering comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to drive business performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze trends identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. With a focus on financial modeling problem-solving and supporting strategic initiatives this position is pivotal in guiding decision-making in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and cash flow reports for all business entities.
Develop and present monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L Cash Flow and Balance Sheet reports.
Create supporting documentation and perform capital expenditure analysis for upper management approval.
Generate regular sales and operations reports highlighting key insights.
Analyze sales margin and expense trends to identify patterns and recommend process improvement opportunities.
Communicate with operation department leads to interpret business trends market environment and customer behavior across the value chain.
Implement and maintain robust systems and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of actual and forecast data.
Partner with cross-functional teams to produce actionable reports and address business challenges.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations company policies and industry standards in all financial reporting and analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business Management or a related field is required; a Masters degree is preferred.
5 years of financial analysis experience preferably in retail wholesale or logistic industry.
Adaptable and willing to work flexible schedules to meet operational needs.
Skilled in analyzing complex data summarizing key insights and refining information for clarity and actionable outcomes
Familiar with SQL Python data warehousing and advanced expertise in Microsoft Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
