Join our Global Trade & Customs Excellence team at Amgen Breda (ABR) and contribute to impactful initiatives that ensure the smooth and compliant flow of goods across borders. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on global trade operations stakeholder engagement and digital transformation projects that support Amgens mission.

Youll support the development of a Global Trade Playbook or a Clinical Trials Playbook both designed to enhance collaboration and compliance across Amgens global network.

Key Projects & Responsibilities

Depending on your assignment you may:

• Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive Global Trade or Clinical Trials Playbook.
• Map and document global import/export flows and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Analyze trade and customs data to support decision-making.
• Identify automation opportunities and integrate tools like CoPilot ChatGPT Tableau Smartsheet and Miro.
• Collaborate with international teams to align processes and improve communication.
• Assist in project planning and implementation ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Profile:

• Final or pre-final year student (Bachelor/Master) preferably in:
  • Customs & Supply Chain Compliance
  • International Business & Trade
  • Supply Chain Innovation
  • Indirect Tax or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional international environment.

Eligibility

To apply you must be currently enrolled at a Dutch HBO or WO university.

Preferred start: January - February 2026. Duration: 56 months.
