We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join the this role you will dive directly into high-impact litigation lead courtroom strategy serve as first or second chair in trials as needed take and defend critical depositions and manage a strategic docket with the support of a seasoned team. The ideal candidate is a Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Attorney with at least 7 years of litigation experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a docket of employment law cases from inception through trial
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings discovery responses motions and trial briefs
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism
• Represent clients in court arguing motions and presenting persuasive advocacy
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine case strategies
• Participate in mediations arbitrations and settlement negotiations
• Support trial preparation and serve as second chair when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 7 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
• Strong experience in legal research writing and oral advocacy skills
• Experience taking depositions required trial experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage cases independently develop strategy and mentor junior attorneys
