Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable secure and high-performance web applications and solutions. As a senior member of the development team you will play a key role in shaping architectural decisions mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy modern web applications using best-in-class technologies and frameworks.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers product managers and backend developers to create responsive and intuitive web interfaces.
Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications with a focus on performance scalability and usability.
Participate in code reviews system architecture discussions and sprint planning.
Ensure web applications are secure accessible and follow SEO and web standards.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues ensuring timely resolutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field with at least 8-
10 years of relevant experience in web development including advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer
Associate AWS Certified Developer or equivalent. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Version Control Systems: Git TFS or similar tools.
Certifications: Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate AWS Certified Developer or equivalent
Web Development Frameworks: .NET and other modern frameworks.
Programming Languages: HTML CSS JavaScript C# and SQL.
Web Technologies: RESTful APIs AJAX JSON and XML.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Automated testing tools and methodologies.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure AWS or other cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with headless CMS and JAMstack architectures.
Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
