Job Title : Java J2EE Developer (WebSphere Oracle RAD 8 yrs HHSC Preferred)

Location: Austin TX (Onsite - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Proven experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis design development testing integration and deployment of applications.
• Strong experience in SQL programming and object-oriented analysis and design (OOD).
• Hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies including interaction with relational databases.
• Experience working with Web Services Rapid Application Development (RAD) and WebSphere environments.
• Ability to create read and understand Oracle-based stored procedures or relational database applications.
• Experience performing system integration testing and applying programming techniques within complex computer systems.
• Strong understanding of data structures data migration conversion transformation and both relational and multidimensional database design concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate user requests for new or modified programs by analyzing specifications for feasibility cost timelines system compatibility and technical constraints.
• Experience consulting with users to understand current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
• Ability to formulate detailed development plans outlining required steps using structured analysis design methodologies or object-oriented development approaches.

• Experience working with HHSC systems.

• Analyze business and system requirements to design develop test integrate and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers business analysts QA teams and other stakeholders during design development testing peer reviews and implementation phases.
• Ensure system requirements design specifications and technical documentation are clearly documented and maintained.
• Develop comprehensive system test plans test scenarios testing processes and schedules.
• Design coordinate and manage defect reporting processes and validate defect fixes.
• Perform system integration testing to ensure applications function correctly within existing environments.
• Support database-driven applications including interaction with Oracle databases and stored procedures.
• Continuously assess system enhancements and modifications to ensure alignment with business needs and technical standards.
