Job Summary
A well-established hatchery company is looking for a hands-on Hatchery Maintenance Specialist to lead their technical department.
Salary:
- Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team consisting of mechanics electricians plumbers welders and general workers.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all hatchery equipment including incubators hatchers ventilation systems HVAC humidifiers chillers boilers pumps and water treatment systems.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical (up to a certain voltage/certification level) pneumatic and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to ensure continuous operation
- Maintain and repair all key assets including diesel generators and electrical power systems trucks equipped with refrigerated trailers for transporting day-old chicks and company vehicles.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes troubleshoot and solve technical issues personally when required supervise contractors and coordinate with external service providers
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with the management team.
Key Skills:
