Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team in coordinating day-to-day activities.
- Assist with process documentation workflow tracking and administrative functions.
- Collect and analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in planning scheduling and logistics support activities.
- Ensure that health safety and quality standards are adhered to.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in or completing a qualification in Operations Management or a related field such as Logistics Supply Chain Production Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Must require workplace experience to complete a qualification or institutional logbook.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Practical structured workplace experience aligned with your academic requirements.
- Mentorship and supervision from industry professionals.
- Exposure to a fast-paced operations environment.
- A completion certificate and reference upon successful completion of the programme.
