Job Summary

Over the past four years Ive been building a small but steadily growing company in the field of Talent Acquisition. This growth has been possible thanks to a clear focus on quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

As Im now in the process of transforming my sole proprietorship into a limited company (GmbH) Im looking for a Freelance Junior Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) on an hourly basis (starting at around 20 hours per month) from November onwards.

This position is 100% remote and open to candidates anywhere in the EU.

Tasks

In this role you will:

  • Build and maintain lead lists
  • Conduct research on target companies and key contacts
  • Collaborate with me on outreach and first contact activities
  • Support the creation of communication materials such as short presentations

Requirements

  • You have a quality- and results-oriented mindset
  • You are proactive ambitious and eager to learn and grow
  • Youre looking for a long-term collaboration based on trust and reliability
  • First experience in Sales or Lead Generation is a plus
  • You are legally able to work as a freelancer in your country of residence
  • You possess excellent English or German language skills
