Job Summary

Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS ACLS NIH General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: All Protentional MS MS Tele PCU diagnoses. Float required to all MS MS/Tele PCU units within the hospital Ratio / Census: 1:4-5 PCU; 1:5-6 MS MS Tele Unit Systems: Epic (Required) Pyxis SBAR Scrub Color: Navy Blue RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every other weekend (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract) Floating: Required Call Requirements: None Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: New Year s Eve and Day: Wednesday December 31 and Thursday January 1 Spring Break: April 6-April 12 (NO RTO) Memorial Day: Monday May 26 Independence Day: Friday July 4 Labor Day: Monday September 1 Thanksgiving/Black Friday: Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28 Christmas Eve and Day: Wednesday December 24 and Thursday December 25 Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. *Aya Offer* Aya Offer Information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation has been sent manager has 48 hours to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines meets specific facility requirements*.
