Job Description
As a Rental Executive the individual will be responsible for handling customer interactions coordinating fleet operations and ensuring smooth dispatch and billing processes. The role demands strong communication multitasking and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Coordinate dispatching routing and tracking of vehicles.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Liaise with hotel departments such as Front Office Concierge and Accounts.
- Ensure consistent delivery of service quality.
Operations
- Prepare tour charts duty slips and daily sales reports.
- Maintain accurate handover sheets cash handling and billing records.
- Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicle and chauffeur availability.
- Work closely with Accounts for billing accuracy and vendor management.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination processes.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline).
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
