Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams facilitating all Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives).
- Support Product Owner with backlog maintenance and prioritization.
- Track analyze and report on team performance metrics (velocity burndown etc.).
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure timely and efficient team delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA for team collaboration and tracking.
- Work in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.
- Leverage 8 years of Scrum Master experience preferably with a Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
- Retail or eCommerce industry experience is a plus.
- Contract position based in Atlanta GA with in-person work required.
