Job Description

We are looking for motivated and driven and nbsp;Sales Executives / Business Development Executives and nbsp;to promote and sell and nbsp;permanent LED display solutions and nbsp;across East India.
The role involves and nbsp;B2B solution selling and nbsp; identifying prospects understanding their requirements and offering tailored LED display systems from our and nbsp;Xtreme Media and nbsp;product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify approach and develop new B2B clients for and nbsp;LED screen sales and installations.

  • Promote Xtreme Medias and nbsp;indoor outdoor and custom LED display solutions.

  • Meet with architects builders system integrators event companies retail chains and corporate clients.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate display configurations.

  • Prepare proposals quotations and techno-commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and presentations to order closure and payment follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners for long-term business growth.

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and new LED technologies.

  • Willingness to travel across East India for client meetings and project discussions.

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Marketing Electronics or a related field.

  • 15 years of experience in and nbsp;B2B or project-based product sales preferably in and nbsp;LED displays AV systems signage or electronics.

  • Strong technical understanding or willingness to learn about LED display specifications (pixel pitch brightness resolution etc.).

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated organized and able to meet sales targets independently.

  • Fluency in and nbsp;English Hindi and Bengali.

  • Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for tech sales may also apply.
