Position Overview:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing workforce solutions and client programs ensuring the highest quality service delivery and driving business growth. This role involves managing client relationships coordinating resources and supervising on-site staffing teams to meet temporary staffing and training needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead program initiatives to meet client staffing and workforce management needs.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients and temporary employees by aligning skills and resources to business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business retention and growth.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site staffing specialists ensuring team performance aligns with program goals.
  • Oversee administrative processes supporting workforce programs including attendance monitoring workers compensation claims and vendor invoice reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and staffing regulations including background checks I-9 verification and E-Verify.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program and organizational success.

Qualifications and amp; Skills:
  • High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams or programs.
  • Exceptional client relationship and customer service skills.
  • Minimum 12 years in a supervisory or program management role or 35 years in a customer service-intensive environment.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and internet tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking reading and writing). Bonus.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities.
