Job Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office & Admin Executive to manage administrative operations support accounting and documentation tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should be organized detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office and Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily back-office operations filing and documentation.
- Maintain records data entry and prepare reports.
- Assist in billing invoicing and basic accounting using Tally (if applicable).
- Manage office supplies vendor coordination and administrative tasks.
- Support HR and management with scheduling attendance and coordination.
- Answer calls emails and maintain communication logs.
- Ensure smooth office workflow and assist in process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and Tally (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
