Salary: 15000 – 20000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Female) to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in car or motor insurance sales excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for car and motor insurance.
Explain policy details coverage and benefits to customers.
Maintain and update customer information in Excel and CRM.
Follow up with leads to ensure policy closure and renewal.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance calling or telesales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry.
Strong in follow-ups and deal closure.
