Job description :

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize MS Office applications especially Excel to create detailed reports and analyze data effectively.
2. Generate reports on a regular basis to track and analyze key metrics ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly maintaining clear and concise communication.
4. Maintain organized filing systems for daily reports ensuring easy retrieval of information as needed.
5. Collaborate with team members to gather relevant data and ensure that reporting requirements are met.
6. Assist in special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel with the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective email correspondence and collaboration with team members.
4. Proven experience in generating reports and maintaining filing systems preferably in a similar role.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
7. Prior experience in MIS or related field is preferred.
