Position Title: Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist
Department: Global Marketing
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to meet the company’s sales and profitability objectives globally by planning and implementing social
media marketing activities and engaging visual contents to improve sales customer acquisition engagement rate and brand loyalty.
The Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for:
1. Social Media Campaign Execution – partner with the Global Marketing Teams Sales and Distribution Teams globally developing and
executing specific social media plans.
2. Graphic Design and Creative Design Leader – Work with the graphic design and global marketing team to create engaging visual
social posts brochures videos booth designs and related materials. Ensure the internal design team and our external design partners
have alignment on brand standards across all online and offline design.
3. Reporting – Provide internal and competitive reports on social media trends and results
This position requires frequent cross functional collaboration with the Global Marketing Teams Sales and Distribution teams.
Principal Accountabilities

Execute social media global and local plans to engage and attract new customers
Work with the graphic design and global marketing team to create engaging visual social posts brochures videos booth designs and related materials. Ensure the internal design team and our external design partners have alignment on brand standards across all online and offline design..
Coordinate with the global marketing team to localize and deploy engaging content across multiple social platforms.
Prepare post-campaign reports and ROI through data analysis
Understand and monitor competitor social strategies and articulate threats and opportunities to the management team.
Working cross functionally across BU’s Sales Teams and Marketing teams and across geographies.
Ensuring KPIs and ROI is achieved.
Skills/Know How
6-8 years hands-on social media experience working with a design team in a global environment
Proven track record of working in regional or global teams
Experience launching engaging social media campaigns
Results orientated and able to take ownership and use initiative meeting deadlines and working in a fast paced environment
Experience in Adobe tools to generate engaging visual contents
Must demonstrate collaboration
skills team working and influencing
